主要职责:
1)建立区域售后服务网络,发展并管理授权售后服务机构
2)健全及执行总公司售后服务流程、售后服务机构评估和管理标准
3)配合采购制定合理的备件库存计划
4)管理售后服务团队,制定合理的工作计划,负责售后环节中机组安装、保修、维护等
5)培训售后服务团队及外包服务机构,不断提高售后服务质量及客户满意度
资质要求:
1)本科学历以上,技术、通风、空调专业尤佳
2)5年以上的相关工作经验,
3)具有丰富的空调箱安装维修现场项目经验
4)良好的沟通能力、解决问题能力
5)能熟练使用英文进行工作
Main Responsibilities
1) Creating the After-Sale-Service net, developing and managing the Authorized Services in the assigned area.
2) Consummate and implement the HQ’s After-Sale-Service process, the assessment and manage standard of Authorized Services

Candidate Requirements:

2. Account Manager客户经理(北京、上海、苏州、无锡、杭州、安徽、西安、广州和深圳)
主要职责:
1)针对特定客户群体完成销售指标
2)负责项目进展过程中的销售环节,协调技术支持、生产、物流及售后服务环节,维护良好的客户关系
3)收集及提供第一手市场信息
资质要求:
1)大专以上学历,暖通及空调相关专业尤佳
2)3年以上中央空调直销经验
3)熟悉办事处所属地各大设计院、工程公司和行业客户
4)具备良好的组织、谈判和表达能力
5)积极主动,追求目标
6)有一定英文交流能力者优先考虑
Main Responsibilities:
1)Selling Air Handling Units to the specific clients;
2)Responsible for the whole AHU project process from initial client approach till ending of service (including sales, coordination in technical support, logistics, assembly and maintenance) to achieve high customer satisfaction;
3)Gathering and presenting project information from the market.
Candidate Requirements:
1)College degree, preferably of heating and ventilation technical profile;
2)Above 3 years’ experience in direct selling of Central Air Conditioning Equipment: air handing units, chillers, unitary units, etc.;
3)Familiar with local customer networks like designing instates, construction companies, direct clients;
4)Excellent organizational, presentation and negotiation skills;
5)Self-motivated, well-organized, and goal-oriented personality;
6)English skills will be a plus.
3. Business Development Manager业务拓展经理-
主要职责:
1)执行有效的市场策略及利用销售网络把公司的市场份额最大化
2)在指定地区完成年度销售指标
3)补充系统里客户和项目数据
资质要求:
1)专科及以上学历,制冷、暖通及相关专业尤佳
2)3年以上外企中央空调直销管理经验
3)熟悉各大设计院,工程公司和行业客户
4)良好的组织能力和沟通能力
5)能熟练使用英语
Main Responsibilities:
1) Maximizing sales results and increasing the market share by implementing effective marketing strategy and utilizing good sales networks
2) Completing the annual sales target in the assigned area
3) supplementing information in the client, project database and its ongoing verification
Candidate Requirements:
